I just got my lowering links from John and had an issue which was user error not product issue. I reached out to John and he replied within 2 mins. He gave me his ideas on the issue I followed what he said and issue resolved! The best customer service I’ve had in the auto industry by far! My Rover looks awesome and I’m very pleased!
